The Chiefs got back to work on Monday and they spent part of the day securing the return of wide receiver Kyle Williams. Williams was claimed off of waivers from the 49ers in November and played in one game for the Chiefs before tearing the ACL in his left knee. Williams didn’t have any catches…

” Andy Reid told reporters Monday that Fisher underwent shoulder surgery and had a sports hernia repaired this offseason, per The Kansas City Star. Reid said Fisher has been rehabbing and is recovering well.

Reid also added that Fisher added five pounds of “good weight” during the process.
