Eli Manning threw three touchdown passes before leaving in the fourth quarter Sunday with a bruised heel, and the unbeaten New York Giants coasted, 27-16 over the winless and hapless Kansas City Chiefs. Manning was 20 for 34 for 292 yards before giving way to David Carr midway through the fourth period.
