Supports what. He is openly admitting that he is only in this for the pay check, and based on his play He does not care, cause he is getting paid... To get this team turned around we need people who want to win by putting their heart on the field. People who will fight every last inch to get that first down.
Do you ever wonder why Haley is yelling at people. It is because this team is full of losers like LJ. He is trying change the attitude of the team to be accountable for their job. Instead, we get people who blame the coaches and organization for losing, when the one constant variable on this losing team, is some of the players, LIKE LJ...
As for Haley being a Fascist. He is no different than many, many head coaches in the league. Ie. Bill Cowher... That guy cursed, yelled and screamed that spit was constantly flying out of his mouth. He tamed down over the years, because the team was established in his mold. Haley has already tamed down in half a season.

I bet you that his background being the son of a football player was a lot better than mine, or even yours, and I think both of us are likely better people than LJ is.

No thats not what I mean. Yes technically you do control your actions but its how you were raised and the environment and certain circumstances and events that occur to make who you are. It is hard to change and people need to understand that. Thats why I forgive everyone because you cannot help who you are. Its basically all just fate. This is really complicated for the average person to understand. Everything we do is just human nature. We are who we are because certain circumstances throughout your life. Its all human nature.

We all knew this was bound to happen. I'm surprised it too this long into the season. Give the ball to Charles and let's see what he can do for a couple games. If it works, great. If it doesn't, great. Give it to the next guy. But LJ needs to take the rest of the season on leave or flat out cut him and be done with it. How embarrassing.

Character limit isn't an excuse. That was horrible English. We all have character limits on our cell phone text messages that are similar to Twitter's and I'm willing to bet that many of us still don't come off nearly as unintelligible and uneducated as Larry did.
The most disturbing part was his choice of words, though. You simply cannot be a public figure and toss the word "f***ot" around like he has. What if the tables were reversed? What if some news reporter who was interviewing Larry (on a Thursday, of course) didn't like something he said and told him to, "Get out of here, n***er"? WHile I don't agree with the "it's all fate" philosophy, your pevious life experience does have SOMETHING to do with it. Just not everything.

Other than LJ, I have not heard of any other players to come out and say they don't respect Haley for him constantly cursing at them. Yet this apparently is a fact based on this forum.
Why did the team dump gatorade on Haley. Was it them openly mocking him, or that they actually care for Haley. Specially, DBowe who congratulated him after the dumping. He of all people would have reason to disrespect Haley the most.
The point I am making, is I am sure it isn't all cursing and yelling. I am sure there is plenty of positive reinforcement as well, but that is over looked by the fans and media.
Fans on the radio saying that over 60% of the team hates Haley is complete fabrication based off their own biased opinion. There is not fact to it, except for maybe one player who was already in trouble before Haley got here. LJ has been a problem for DV, Herm and Haley.

I don't really see that being the case. He was in the Super Bowl last year having a screaming match with Boldin. I think he's just a really intense and emotional guy, and that's his coaching style. He is basically what you get if you take Herm, and just completely flip him inside out. If it works, I have no problem with it.

I do think Charles is underestimated. However, I also said in the post you neg repped me that Charles may or may not be the future. I also said that he and the other young RB's need serious playing time to determine if they are the future. Our future as a team does not lie on a women beating, coach disrespecting, fan hating, homophobic, 30 year old RB who hasn't had a good season in a couple years.
You probably thought Herm was a good coach too, huh? I think the Raiders are looking for fans like you who love washed up nut cases on their team. We Chiefs fans expect more from our players, on and off the field.
