With the Chiefs being idle this sunday, I think I'll finally get the leaves out of my gutters. How 'bout you guys?

I'll still have the TV on watching other teams play. Sunday's & MNF are about the only time my TV is on, but I'll likely do some chores while watching NFL in between.

Got to the love the Red Zone. I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as much as I have. Really great when you are betting on games. :toast2:

Yeah while NO non-Chiefs game can compare to a Chiefs game, I still enjoy watching other NFL games. This week here on tv will be:

(1) The Giants at Philadelphia. A good game but I hate both teams.

(2) Oakland at SD and Minnesota at GB.

The Vikings at GB should be fun since they're both good teams and, obviously, because it's Brett Favre coming back to GB (as a rival!). I am a little tired of the Brett Favre overkill in the sports media, but will still be a good and fun game.

And I see there's no Sunday night game this week because of the World Series. Yankees and Phillies, now THAT will be a wild series!

I will be getting ready for the final night and wrap party for my giant haunted house I've been running all month.

Monday is what I'm really looking forward to. That sounds weird, don't it?

I hear the stuff tastes pretty good, but it makes you pee real quick - probably because it doesn't have to stop to change colors...:drunkhb:

As far as I'm concerned, the Chiefs best illustrate how the game of football should be played. I've been stating this line for years now (and non-Chiefs fans like to reply, "Yeah right!"). But I stand by the statement even as I sit right now!

(And I also say the same thing regarding the Royals and baseball).

An ol' meatball like me doesn't serve it up, only eats it up. :D

Besides, the spaghetti I make isn't really as good as it sounds, because it's a microwaveable meal. I'm not a cooker, nor a looker.

I've heard about that 'beer stuff' and I guess it's pretty good...

Going to the neighbors to watch "the game".

Being that it's Vikings/Packers week up here it makes for good entertainment. I get to sit in a house that is half full of Packers fans and half full of Vikings fans.

It's enjoyable to watch all of the arguing and bickering without being emotionally attached to either team!
