Chiefs cornerback Brandon Flowers missed Kansas City's practice on Thursday with a shoulder injury. Coach Todd Haley declined to speculate on whether Flowers would be ready for Sunday's game against Buffalo, or say which shoulder was the problem. Flowers, the Chiefs' best defensive back, sustained a shoulder injury in the preseason and missed the season opener at Baltimore.
