I disagree on so many levels. There's a reason that certain teams pick in the top 5 every year. Teams can become addicted to winning, but that can't happen until you start winning somewhere.

Gafford has been around for 3 or 4 years, when you've got a young team you need vets to do the little things right. He might still be young, but snapping a ball to a punter is something you learn at the gradeschool level, so you should be fairly proficient by the time you reach a professional level. Apparently we take grade school quality players though, because I'm pretty sure that's Gafford's second horrible snap to Colquitt on the year, and he also fell over after a snap, missing a block and allowing Succop's first "miss" of the year.
