Top five picks in April draft belong to: 1. St. Louis 2. Detroit 3. Tampa Bay and KC and Wash will go 4 and 5 based on coin flip.

Interesting. I don't think Washington is a threat to anybody we'd pick though. They're probably going QB.

not a bad pick looking forward to next season.

Does this officially end all of the discussion about Suh possibly being there when we draft? Either way, I would be willing to wager a lot that Pioli does not draft him.

BTW, we're picking 5th because of strength of schedule.

I believe the first tiebreaker is strength of schedule, then it goes to a coin flip. The weaker schedule picks earlier. I could be wrong. Ignore the rest if I am.

If it is strength of schedule, the redskins opponents had 126 wins (49.218%). Our strength of schedule is 132 opponent wins + 1 if cinci wins tonight (51.56% or 51.95%). Because of that, I think Washington picks before us. Which puts us at 5.

That is good that Suh will not be there. If we pick another DL in the first round, crap will hit the fan.

I strongly doubt that Suh was ever on the radar. Okung on the other hand.

Okung, Barry, or trade out. Only options we should even be considering

A lot can change between now and April, but I like those ideas.

I see the name of Okung as a draft choice, but I do not see any video , I am sure there is some, so I guess I have to go find it for my self, and the share with the you all.

I believe it is on strength of schedule as well but if not and we get the fourth pick you'd think that would give us extra leeway in a trade down situation, hopefully.

That is why we want the 4 spot!!! we can trade to seattle for both thier 1st rd pics so they can skip over washington to get the QB of thier choice since, Suh, Berry and another QB will already have gone.

Berry might not be gone by #4

we lost our coin flip a year ago so hopefuly fate pays us back and we end up 4th.

Yeah and also that we get a great player like somebody like Eric Berry.

no coin flip we have the fifth which is BS..should be a coin flip..

We arent in a good spot to trade for extra spots.

I definitely vote Okung, the only thing I would say about the two second rounders is that I hope that they would take the best talent available instead of drafting based on need. use free agency for need

I highly doubt Seattle will trade 2 first round picks to be in the 4 spot. That's giving up a lot.

We swap 1sts and they have a extra bottom first its a fair swap..

no its not.

Maybe if Seattle were a good team, we'd have a shot at pulling this off. But Seattle is a borderline crappy team that needs a lot of help. Plus they already have a ton of money tied into Curry, they're not going to trade 2 1st rounders for a high priced 5th overall.

Makes no sense, unless they are that enamored with Sam Bradford, which I doubt.

Miller: Couldn't agree more! I say draft a bunch of OL this year so they can gel as they get older & better.

If Okung and Berry are gone we should take a look at Bruce Campbell, pretty solid.

I just hate getting anything but the best at a particular position with a top 5 pick, and Okung is clearly the top offensive lineman available.

I think Washingtons new coach (Zorn just fired) will want a new qb and will probably take Bradford. So now I think Okung or Berry falls to us. Can't go wrong either way but seeing as our ol is improving somewhat and our safety position is - well - sorry, I would like us to p/u the safety with 1st pick.

I really think the new regime (Shanahan?) will go for a new QB as well. Every new regime does it. Hell we just did it with Cassel. Jason Campbell is probably a Brown or Ram next season.

All I ask is that 1 of Okung/Berry makes it to us. Between the Rams and Redskins, you have to believe at least one of them takes a QB.

Yep. Actually I think both pick qb's with Clausen going to rams. So realisticly Okung or Berry should be ours.
