We have a new leader in the clubhouse to be the next Bills head coach.

Jay Glazer of Fox reports that Chan Gailey is expected to meet (http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/Glazer-Buffalo-Bills-Chan-Gailey-frontrunner-coach-011810) with the Bills for a second time Monday. Barring a breakdown in talks, he should be named the coach in the next 24-48 hours

Chan is a good coach. I wish him well. Except when he plays the Chiefs of course.

Gailey has been coaching a long time and has alot of experience coaching all types of players at both levels, and I even like the guy, but I think Buffalo is going to eat him alive. He did ok with Dallas when he was their HC, but I dont see him doing anything like that with Buffalo...I wish him luck though, and hope he proves me wrong if he does become their HC

Hey, at least he's 1 of 32 NFL head coaches. I'm happy for the guy, he did a good job here.

Nothin against Chan, but while he coaches that team I hope he fails miserably.

thought he did an A+ job here, making Thigpen into a legit threat for our offense after only a few weeks...with only Tony G and thats IT.... they still need a good D coord and some talented players, so they arent going anywhere no matter who they get as the coach....

Bills fan are gonna be pissed, but he will doa pretty good job for them...

The Bills have a pretty good building block for building a good defense. That's an area that's only going to get better with time and with the pickup of Chan Gailey as HC their offense should improve as well. I could see them being a 0.500 team for a while.

I hope he is sucessful anytime he coaches against Denver Oakland San deigo. aside from that I dont care if he wins or loses as long as he loses to KC :D
