Wow, Tyson...really? Was it really deserved? He made progress this season, but didnt really shine...but Matt Shaughnessy from Oakland looked good all season...good pass rusher...meaning his career is probably going to take the normal Oakland nose dive

Unless he flees the bay, and heads for the temperate, pleasant climate of a place somewhere in the middle of the country. Some place like... Kansas City, Missouri.

I'm bummed Ryan didn't make the Pro-Bowl though.

Succop was good, but you have to be the best kicker to make the pro bowl. (and the most popular)

If he improves, he will be there in years to come~

Yeah, I know it's both, but popularity I think tends to be the deciding factor much of the time when there are several good players to choose from related to the same position. I'm not sure where Ryan ended up being rated in the NFL...but was thinking at one point he was rated 4th or 5th?

Halfway through the year TJ had 5 tackles. He finished with 38. The second half he was really good.

shame on you whoever was hating on T Jackson.... just imagine what he will be like next season. Cant believe all the hate that guy was receiving this year from the fans just cuz he was "3rd overall" and not dominating... give the guy a friggin chance, it wasn't his fault where he got picked...

Not hating...just stating a fact. He was not pushing the pocket until the last 3 games of the season, and still, just barely. I like him and think he is going to be awesome for us, but there is alot more than just #s to look at when you are a DE in the 3-4. We know it takes time to develop at that position
