Nolan is not the best head coach by any means, but is definitely one of the better defensive coordinators in the league. Why in the hell would you let go the man that transformed your miserable defense into a good one????

One news story I read, stated Nolan said he couldn't say anything more about submitting his resignation other than the two mutually agreed to part ways.

Josh McDaniels just strikes me as someone that could not be trusted. Everytime I see him speek I think this is a guy I would have a hard time getting behind. Even dating back to his New England days there is just something about him I don't trust. He is a lot like Lane Kiffin in that regard.
