According to Charles' hometown paper, The American Chronicle in Port Arthur, Texas, he will have shoulder surgery (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/yb/140098113).
Charles has talked about his shoulder problems before. Dating back to high school, his shoulder will pop out of place. He's said it's no big deal and has only missed a handful of plays throughout the season when the injury crops up.
