I have sent the user notice and only gave the benefit of the doubt because his posts are sports related. However, if the user does not return to at least contribute to the boards then intentions are clear and I will be deleting his/her threads and dole out a permanent ban.

I sent a pm to poster, when poster was on line asking if poster was a spammer or not, no answer back. I say spammer, so ban or I will neg rep until banned.

Do what you feel is necessary. As I said the user is on my radar and I will take whatever action is deemed appropriate in due time.
