Unlike the author stated...I was alive during SB IV, just not old enough to appreciate it or remember it in detail. I'm not surprised the Chiefs are the most under-rated SB Team. It seems whenever the Chiefs have achieved glory in any manner, they're over looked by the media and therefore under-rated. :(

I don't care, there are several teams that don't have a win there. I'll just be glad we have are one, and soon a ton.

The Chiefs were also the underdog because back then the NFL teams were always favored over the AFL teams.

Yep! They were also laughed at and made fun of overall...all the AFL teams were, even after the Jet's won SBIII...the AFL gained no respect.

Wiki has an interesting read, re-living the history prior to the game, as well as many historic facts related to SBIV that often aren't known, including many obstacles the Chiefs faced off the field prior to the game.
