:bananen_smilies046: So as we all know, the schedule is bing released tomorrow. I am starting this thread a day early because I have to work 2 jobs and wont be on much tomorrow but I would like to get a head start on planning the ChiefsCrowd party. As it stands right now, we are aiming to go to the Chiefs vs 49ers game. There are a couple of dates that may interfere with my attendance. Halloween (Ill be in Disney) Christmas (mom/wife would be pissed) and New Years (my anniversary. Barring those dates, that will be that game we attend!!
Tickets
I have not yet put in an order for tickets as we did not get the required 20 people who could go for sure, so now that we will know the date of the game we can start a list of people who want tickets. For those of you who came to the Chiefs Home Opener party, everything will be done the same for tickets. For those of you who have not, this is how we get tickets. I can place a group order or 20 or more people. I need a pm letting me know if you are coming, your name, a contact #, how many tickets you want, upper deck or lower level. After the order has been placed, it is your responsibility to contact Arrowhead (I will send you a # to all) and pay for your tickets. All tickets will be picked up by me at will call on the weekend of the game. You can also have your tickets sent to you if you are more comfortable with that. I do not need payment information from anyone!! The only person that you should discuss any type of payment info should be with the group sales at Arrowhead. Do not give me or anyone else your info!!
Hotels
I am going to get in contact with the Clarion Sports Complex (formerly Holiday Inn Sports Complex) directly across the street from Arrowhead. It has a restaurant/bar, pool, hot tub, Sauna etc...not a bad hotel. I will reserve a group of room for anyone who need them. I am hoping that we can get a discount but I think the rooms right now are about $90 a night. I will let you know if I can manage to get us a discount!!

We had an absolute blast at the last ChiefsCrowd.com get together and I hope that this party will be even better!! Come on out and meet some Crowders, tailgate and watch our Chiefs kiKC the ever lovin' sh!t outta the 49ers!!! :yahoo:
