He is gonna get #29. That sucks, cause I think they should keep him at 14...

Screw that- there's some good history with #29. I'm ok with Berry having the same number as Albert Lewis wore.

As I was reminded by Hayvern, he cannot keep 14 in the pros.

Yea, I know Defensive back get like 20-31 or something like that...

WR get 80-89 and a few teen numbers...

It sucks...But I am guessing it might make it easier for refs to see which players are eligible receivers.

There's a pretty cool story behing Berry taking #29:

2010 NFL Draft: Eric Berry Fourth In Rookie Jersey Sales - Arrowhead Pride (http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2010/4/26/1445420/2010-nfl-draft-eric-berry-fourth)

Makes me like the guy even more.

That's not exactly an impressive call, considering he was a top five draft pick. :)

Yea, but he has to be a major impact to the team for that to happen.

I actually was hoping they would allow him to keep his number but they have to keep things in a orderly manner for the refs.

Tight ends can wear between 40 to 49 if 80 to 89 is taken.

Berry's jersey is number 3 in sales for rookies right now. Tebow is #1 and has broken rookie jersey sale records. Mark Sanchez held the record last year and Tebow crushed that record.

Denver fans are dumb, and Tebow will suck. Then they will be pissed and calling for McDainels' head.
