My daugher(15) was driving my son(18) and his buddy(17) home from haircuts and shopping and she took her eye off the road to say something in the back seat to my son and when she looked back to the road she was heading for the ditch, she over corrected and it flipped at least 3 times . ( the kicker - no seatbelts ) Which we have preached since they were babies. the friend was thrown from the vehicle. broken shoulder, rod put in his leg and all lucky to be alive. my son has 4 fractured vertabre. my daughter cut, scratched and just plain bruised from head to toe.

I have been to plenty of accident scenes in my time of service as an emergency responder, those kids are very lucky to be alive. Thank God, he must of had an angel looking out for them. Will pray for your children and friend for full recovery.

Wow "Y". I wish you all the best as they work toward recovery.

My own kids are just reaching the driving age. One at a time, of course. That is a pretty terrifying thought.

Hope all the recoveries go well.
