"Things are changing," he said.
The evidence was there at practice late last week when, after two hours of working out in mid-day heat, Haley excused a group of veterans and told them to take their pads off. They did, but then hung around to run afterwards.
After another workout, this one on a 100-degree afternoon, Haley climbed the hill that leads from the playing fields to an indoor facility and found defensive backs Brandon Carr (http://www.chiefscrowd.com/nfl/players/playerpage/582248/brandoncarr), Eric Berry (http://www.chiefscrowd.com/nfl/players/playerpage/1255016/ericberry) and Brandon Flowers (http://www.chiefscrowd.com/nfl/players/playerpage/502818/brandonflowers) working on their releases. :punk:

Flower and Berry in the same sentence get's me excited for this season. Also, I was there for family fun day. It was thrilling to see so many good plays! (Berry's interception was money!). This is good change, unlike obama.

Early reports show that the best money the Chiefs have spent is on our coaching staff.

Finally we have a system the players can buy into 100%. I still look for some rough days this year and possibly for a few to come as this group of players goes through there growing pains. Hearing reports like this is awesome, knowing the players respect the coaching staff has not recently been the case inside Arrowhead.
