So looks like next game will have DJ and Belcher as our starting LB's.

Super Excite!

But i'm also not happy to see the OL hasn't been shaken up yet.

I want Brown starting over O'Callahan and see how the line does then cuz the right side is a JOKE until Brown came in against atl

Thing that surprised me most that I didn't notice last go-round? Shaun Smith isn't listed at NT. He's listed at LDE. Our NT spot is going to be manned by Ron Edwards again. So much for addressing that position in the offseason.

Shaun was moved to DE on the last depth chart aswell..
They talked about it and i guess he played both NT and DE for romeo before so they will probably have him at both aswell for us.

I really hope that we pickup a solid NT after the first round of cuts. The odds of one being available can't be great though.

He is certainly the one who resembles [size wise] a true NT.

well... Haloti Ngata on the Ravens is 350 lbs and he plays defensive end. Their NT is 320 lbs. So the biggest guy is not necessarily always the nose tackle. Then again Ngata is arguably the best 3-4 end in the game and Shaun Smith certainly is not.

Ngata was projected as a NT w/drafted because of his size, even at 320lbs their NT has 25lbs on Edwards. Siiavi had a good game for the cowboys, wish we kept him awhile longer.

Speaking of former Chiefs busts, we get to see Ryan Sims Saturday when we play the Bucs.

I'm surprised he's still in the league. The same for Siavii.
