Finally, the NFL season officially starts tonight!

The season does not officially start until the Chiefs play. Everything else might as well be preseason.

I'm so amped for the game tonight. This would have been a crappy day at work so far if I wasn't looking forward to tonight so much.

I think a game of beating up on the Chargers in a game of Madden before the game will be a nice preparation.

Here is a few reasons why the Chiefs will win tonight.

1. It's at Arrowhead, the loudest stadium in the NFL. And guess what, MNF is back and its going to be great.

2. The Chargers are less than they were last year. No Jackson, or Cromartie, or roid rage Merriman. Defense is lacking what it was last year.

3. We had a good draft this year. Brought in some good players with smarts. Berry, McCluster, Arenas, Lewis, Moeoki.
Most of these players already seemed to have make an impact in preseason, and they had limited time playing. Tonight its a full 4 quarters.

4. Broncos, and Raiders lost, the chance to be first in the division is tonight! This should pump up the team. Not too mention Dallas, Philly, and Indy lost.

They have got to fix the O line and do it now. We have a contender this year as most of us have said, but that O line just plain sucks.

Cassell had the same problem last year not being able to check out of plays, not reading the defense. And holding the ball too long.
He is trying I'll give him that the 1st down run was huge.

The weather is not helping. But Cassell has to play better. He again is holding on to the ball. And he has been off on a few throws. A a couple of his misses could have been caught.
