I think that McDaniels was hired as a head coach to early. I think he could end up being a good head coach. But He needed a couple more years to learn the game and how to run a team. He had a pretty good teacher in New England. I think he would have been better served staying there. Make this upcomeing offseason your first to go after a head coaching job.

I LOVE what I have seen from Todd Haley so far. The guy has done nothing but make this football team better so far. After winning 6 games in the last two seasons combined we have 7 now. That is big for this football team. As Haley would say his arrow as a head coach in the NFL is pointing Up way up.
