Having been to a few Kansas City Chiefs home games I can testify to the sports community's vibrant tailgating tradition. It can only be best described as being reminiscent of the huge celebration Kansas City cowboys would host after a long cattle drive nearly 125 years ago. Here are some traditions you will find unique to Kansas City fans who take tailgating to an art form. Parking lots for Chiefs' games open three and a half hours before the game starts.
