By now many of your have heard about Nnamdi Asomugha's contract being voided (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/01/09/AR2011010904331.html). But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Richard Seymour, Zach MIller, the list goes on. Check out this story from a Raider fan site(sorry):

In summary, Oakland has no head coach, an offensive coordinator who is talking to other teams, a full-house of out-of-contract or disgruntled pro bowlers, veteran leaders hitting free agency across the board and no first round draft pick.

Asomugha, Seymour, TE Miller, Michael Bush, and 3 offensive lineman all likely gone. Oh and their head coach. Oh and no 1st round pick. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

And to make things even better, I just saw on the news last night that the Chargers also have 11 starters who are free agents as well.

Should we start on Denver? The Chiefs are in a great position. Another solid offseason and who knows what the future could hold for the Red and Gold.

Denver is in trouble too, they essentially have no coaching staff and will be paying for three head coaches this season.

I am not sure who they have for free agents coming up, but they are not all that talented of a team to begin with, most of their better players were messed over when McDaniels came in.

For those that think 11 players for San Diego are a lot, well think about it this way. The Chiefs have 16 players coming up for free agency, so expect San Diego to still have a good team.

I wouldn't mind having Michael Bush for our power back

What is that like 5 starters vs the Chargers 11? Big difference.

Smith can be replaced as well as Smith. So for the Chiefs, its not that big of a deal. Hali is the number 1 priority. Everyone else "can" be replaced if needed.

So were already off to a good start to being next years AFC West Champs? Are we all in agreement on this?

Sounds like just another Tuesday in the Al Davis management system.

From a Chiefs perspective, I think this is great. Just when the Raiders are starting to become good, Al Davis screws them up again.

If the Broncos end up hiring former Panthers coach John Fox, I believe we will be set up as division winners for years to come.
