When there were no victories in the first two weeks of the season, it challenged the belief of these men. It happens everywhere, with every team, whether its sports, or war or business. Success breeds confidence, not the other way around. A lack of success has people wondering if they have the right plan, the right leaders, and the right guys next to them on the field of competition.

It reinforces what I have said bout positive comments, but then at the same time I can see why some take a negative attitude toward the team.

Herm has been telling that to the media, in hopes his players will gain confidence in themselves because they sure don't have it in him, or Solari!
