Hey guys,

I'm running an interactive mock draft with the fan forums of all NFL teams where the fans get to vote and make the pick for their respective team.

So far the fans have voted:
Carolina - Fairley
Denver - Dareus
Buffalo - Newton
Cincinnati - Green
Arizona - Bowers
Cleveland - Peterson
San Francisco - Von Miller
Tennessee - Blaine Gabbert
Cowboys - Prince Amukamara
Redskins - Julio Jones
Texans - Robert Quinn
Vikings - Ryan Mallett
Lions - Tyron Smith
Rams - Aldon Smith
Dolphins - Mark Ingram
Jaguars - Christian Ponder
Patriots - JJ Watt
Chargers - Cameron Jordan
Giants - Anthony Castonzo
Bucs - Ryan Kerrigan
Chiefs - ???

You can vote for the player you want the Chiefs to select in this poll:
Football Draft Notebook Interactive Mock Draft (http://www.footballdraftnotebook.com/InteractiveMock)

Also, if you write a short 3-sentence description as to why this player should be drafted in this thread, I will pick out the best write-up and post it in the mock draft section along with your name!

***Also for mods, I hope you don't see this as spam. I am just trying to get the right fans to vote for their team, so we get the right mock draft. If you have any problems, please let me know.

So far Ayers leads with 2 votes, followed by Liuget and Phil Taylor with 1 vote each!

Phil Taylor has now taken over the lead!

Still don't see why Taylor is getting so much love?

I still think his character issues might keep us from grabbing him.

I know we need a NT. but 3-4 D's you can't have enough talented and athletic LB's which is why I think we take a stab at Ayers and look at NT in round 2 or 3 or FA.

My vote goes to Derek Sherrod, OT, from Mississippi State.

He has the potential to take over as our starting LOT, as Albert has that particular bar set fairly low. Should that happen, Albert, who's skills are elite for for any other O-line position, (excellent run blocker, good inside pass blocker, weak pass blocker in the open) would likely be a huge upgrade at any other position on the O-line. That scenario gives the team major upgrades at two positions, not just one.

And, as an insurance clause, should Sherrod struggle to wrestle the LOT position away from Albert, he is likely to be a top-notch ROT while working to improve enough to win the LOT spot.

For me, the potential to upgrade two starting positions in an area of weakness, while including a back-up plan of upgrading just one, is far too big an opportunity to pass up.

Make sure you vote in the poll that's in the link at the top.

So far Phil Taylor leads, Ayers is second.

Going to let it run overnight before I tabulate in the morning. Make sure to get your votes in!

Ayers looks like Tarzan and plays like Jane. Physically built for the 3-4 defense but doesn't have a 3-4 LBs mentality.

My pick is Kerrigan if he's still there. He more than likely will not so I'd pick Justin Houston followed by Phil Taylor. Taylor can be our Vince Wilfork.
