The NFL lockout could get a reprieve Monday, May 9, depending upon a U.S. Court of Appeals ruling in St. Louis. The court will hear arguments June 3 as to whether or not the lockout is a legal bargaining tactic. The NFL claims the court system can't get involved in labor disputes.
