Oh my...this is one of those debates of which I'm on the fence...both sides have valid points I agree with. I think what's being overlooked however is, this fan was bullied and treated unfairly by stadium security & SD police. He defended himself against unjustified treatment. Many SD fans even defended him who witnessed the incident,saying his behavior didn't warrant what occurred.
