DEFINITELY!

i was thinking to myself, man "what if we still had medlock kicking?"

man, i would have to close my eyes and just pray he'd make the 20 yard ones....
:drunkhb:

GOD BLESS RAYNER...

Thinking bout pickin him up for my fantasy league. But one point at a time is a great way for the Chiefs but maybe not for fantasy. Lol Hope he gets tons of Xtra Points but we never get stopped where he needs a field goal.

Really though looks like a very solid kicker.

It's a relief when you don't cringe at the thought of having to kick a field goal. Fo Sho!

I heard that medlock tried to hang himself - but when he tried to kick the chair out from under him, he kept missing.

Rayner has done well thus far. I think he will be a good kicker for us. Stats show it all, the field goals against SD looked good to me. If it was Medlock we woulnt have scored in the first half.

I also believe that Rayner is a great kicker. But Medlock may be a good kicker in the league someday as well, he just couldn't hold up under pressure. He was great with a good leg in UCLA, Ohh well we got Rayner so who cares.

i like the way most of his kickoffs make it to the endzone. to bad we waisted a draft pick to get a free agent kicker.

He made a 54 yarder in 2006...

as long as he kicks the ones that are a given in I will be happy. I can't get mad at a kicker for missing a 60 yard field goal but will get mad if he misses a 20 yarder.

I like Rayner. Keep up the good work.

Hey a good trivia question would be: "Who holds the NFL FG record?" :D

Yeah, he's hit several for 40+ for us already. Currently his long for this season is a 49-yarder against Minnesota.

Longest field goal, most field goals, game winning field goals???

What record do you mean?

Tom Dempsey is likely the guy you're thinking of, however his record was tied a few years ago by the jacka$$ in Denver...name unnecessary. For other NFL records go to http://www.nfl.com/history/randf/records/indiv/fieldgoals

You can use the drop down menus too change from fieldgoals to other more interesting and relevant stats and/or team records.
