Is this confirmed by the Chiefs. Reading further in the discussions it was determined the source is Gaithers Bio from his website, which only stated he is playing with his closest friends. No mention of Troy Smith being signed by Chiefs.

Guess those two sacks Palko took in the "live" period last night didn't sit well with Pioli.

I went to the NFL and Chiefs web sites and it's nowhere on those pages. I can't figure out why the Ravens and 49ers would just cut him, when he performed pretty well when he has played. He was cut by 49ers after a yelling match with Singletary, so I suspect he has an attitude problem. LJ left the building long ago, let's not bring in another.
