Chiefs looking for their first win.

Just thought I'd start a game day thread guys.

I'm off to bed now, but I'll be back up at 6:00am my time to watch us.

Hopefully we can win, but I'm not getting too overly confident.

Lucky you haha. I don't get that luxury. I don't have Game Pass and ESPN is showing the Atlanta game I think. NFL is one of the only reasons my family keeps Fox on during the NRL offseason, but it doesn't help when they don't show the right game.

Yeah I used to watch Chiefs games on streams on the PC, and sometimes on ONE HD but now ONE HD doesn't have a standard definition version and now I can't record ONE HD, only watch it live. And ive been a chiefs fan for a bit now so we decided to get GamePass for my birthday. Shame it wasn't last year though, this year seems less and less exciting. But none-the-less it will be interesting to see what happens this season and to see which draft pick the chiefs end up with.

Yeah, I just hope the Defense can man up. Like I said in the Matt Cassel thread, they need to take some accountability for our weak effort. It also comes down to coaches aggressiveness and attitude. Players have to have respect for their mentor, if the chemistry is not there, then you basically have nothing.

I think if we can dominate on the ground and dominate on Defense, we should make in-roads to winning it. But we need to be on top from the first snap.

Defense is playing decent they just are not finishing the job. We have had them on 3rd downs a lot and they get the 1st we also had a chance to get a fumble. D has to FINISH.

You know we're this big running team and all, but sorry - we dont have the juice to pull it off without a young star like Jamaal at the helm of that type of offense. Mccluster is fast but cant hold on sometimes, jones is only brilliant when there are sizable holes to run through, battle's good for 3rd/4th and short situations, not sure what we'll get out of Mcclain here - but this whole run first offense i have a bad feeling will be no where near as successful for the rest of the season.
