Broncos offensive guard Chris Kuper had his left leg placed in a splint and was taken off the field in a cart after he was injured Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kuper was blocking on a running play in the first quarter when rookie right tackle Orlando Franklin rolled into the back of Kuper's leg.
