Not that I blame him for much. He was doing his job, as guided by his HC, Todd Haley.

But, I think Pioli will be looking to make a splash at the OC position, based on the poor offensive ranking, overall.

I really don't see too many OC's willing to make a lateral move to come to KC - unless, of course, they are fired by their current employers. The more likely scenario imo would be a hungry position coach getting promoted to come here. Whatever happens, Zorn may be gone if he is passed over for the position.

Bill muir was the one calling the plays the last 3 games. He's horrible. IT will probably josh mcdaniels or the current pats OC as our new Oc. Anything is better then muir. He runs the ball on 1st and 2nd down and then on 3rd and long throws a screen pass.

I wonder if Romeo would stay and be at his best as a defensive coordiantor if he is not named the Head coach. Only way it would work with him as a HC is if we find a OC to run the offense.

What I don't like is the back-and-forth between offensive coordinator and offensive line. With Wiegmann all but gone, we really have Lilja now as the veteran presence along the line...we need a good fundamentals teacher if we expect to ever get anything out of Richardson...and maximize the substantial potential of players like Asamoah and Hudson.

We need some stability on this coaching staff...let the position coaches stay where they are and work with the youth. That being said, I don't know that I think Muir has made much of an impact on the offensive line as far as molding the unit...I get the feeling Wiegmann and Lilja have helped alot with the younger players, but Richardson really hasn't made much progress.

We need to part ways with Muir, thank him for his effort, and bring in Iowa Hawkeyes offensive line coach Reese Morgan. He has held the position for the past 8 years and has been overseeing a Hawkeyes team that consistently produces technically sound offensive linemen for years.
