The Chiefs have signed Safety Kyle McCarthy, a Notre Dame Alum who played with the Denver Broncos, mostly on special teams. In 12 games he as made 8 tackles. He spent most of 2011 on the practice squad.

Well, we have 22 players that are up for free agency that begins March 13th. I doubt that all of them will be practice squad.

Technically, yes. Mostly pre-law and pre-med students. Unfortunately, they refuse to lower their academic standards to accommodate "athletes." And for some reason, doctors and lawyers don't tend to make very good football players.

That's too bad really, they could represent themselves when they got new contracts and when they got thrown in jail or when there team mates got thrown in jail. Jeez in todays NFL just think of the money they could make :lol:

Im glad to see we have both Gordon and Belcher locked in. Gordon was a great situational role player and Belcher was a tackling machine (thanks to the great DL play by ... TJ and Dorsey). I am excited to see Belcher and Siler battle it out and have them both be better for it.

Agreed- last year I don't think there were many who were really thrilled with us bringing in Gordon. I'm glad to see this.
