No but seriously, chances are they are gonna figure something out in a year. So doubt anything will come out of this.

I think you would see teams be more willing to give him more money then Peyton. Just because of the injury thing. But you would see the same thing a ton of teams wanting to bring him in

From what I have heard he is not happy with the Front office and is wanting out. Question is if he does not put his han**** on the tag, does he become a FA?

Brees would work. Especially the two times a year he faces the Eggos. I think he would like to put it to A.J. Smith.

Yes. After sitting out for a season.

The franchise tag is specifically designed to keep a player from entering free agency.

Brees' options all include being at the mercy of The Saints, unless he chooses not to sign the franchise offer. In which case, he would be ineligible to play in The NFL for 2012.

All he can do is threaten to not play, and request a trade.

Peyton manning against Drew Brees.would be nice matchup.We get Drew Brees and the Donks get Manning.We won't get a good qb.Pioli ,is in love with matt Cassel.We are stuck with matt for 3 more yrs.

If Brees is available, I would get him, say that I'm sorry for even saying that we needed Manning, send Cassel to serve him coffees, etc.
