Way too much money to spend for Chiefs on a G. I'm thinking more and more on DeCastro. Also, Chiefs has scheduled a visit from a C, Scott Wells, from GB, so maybe they are thinking to place Hudson as G instead of C.

Was thinking the same thing..No Way we would have the HIGHEST PAID OG on our roster.


Like the idea of Wells at C and Hudson at OG. only thing we would sacrifice would be youth.

Wells is 31... Would be nice to have Decastro (like 21) Hudson (22) Asamoah (23) as our interior line.. But then you sacrafice experience, although if they all stayed could be our line for 10 years!

I hope we make some plays at o linemen soon!! We need a mix of youth and experience. I wouldn't mind having the highest paid g on our team if he's worth it!! Guess well see what the future holds

At guard I have been more interested in Ben Grubbs (http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/8283/news;_ylt=AoNNhmh8KJD3KwBXhgYJgQnsfQM6) myself and on tackle isn't Khalif Barnes (http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/7228/news;_ylt=AoNNhmh8KJD3KwBXhgYJgQnsfQM6) still available. One or the other could possibly fit well with us perhaps. The Nicks signing went far beyond what we should pay for him so I'm glad he went elsewhere. That said some additional OL depth would be nice to hear in the Chiefs news feed.

Would love Grubbs, I'm seeing more of us Drafting DeCastro..or have heard we are looking at C Scott Wells from GB. Could bring him in as Center and keep Hudson at OG?

Yeah, I wasn't sure why we didn't go after Barnes when he went from Jacksonville to Oakland, but I'm not sure he is the type of player we would want...
