remember how exciting this board was after the SD win?

but after a loss of that magnitude last sunday, i just dont have anything to say. everything has been said, plus some.

Yeah, I'm at a complete loss for words. I mean before I was so excited about the win in San Diego, and now I'm just sooo deflated and depressed that I can't possibly find it within my personal psyche to string together adequate words in which to express my extreme depression about the outcome of Sundays game. The mere thought of trying to express in written communication my personal feelings is incomprehensible to me, and it has, in an extreme manor, affected my ability to converse with those online here at the Crowd; you my very own Chiefs brothers and sisters. Oh the humanity of it all!!!! :(

It would have to happen in that order then...if Carl can keep his job for 19 years without winning a SB then you have to think he'd be golden for about 100 if he wins one...

j/k...I didn't hear many saying that the Cardinals didn't earn it, but I'm in a different media market than you.

They got real lucky that the Mets' top two starting pitchers weren't there for the NLCS. And still had a long tough series with them.
