So the question that I have is whether our WRs other than Bowe are incapable of getting open, or are our QBs incapable of looking for someone other than Bowe.

When Bowe is out of the game or double teamed, the QBs dont seem to find anyone open. What is the deal?

I am guessing a little of both.

Its a combo of all three. Cassel almost refuses to throw anywhere but to Bowe. Both him and Quinn are late getting the ball out ALOT. The play calling this year is confusing , aweful and down right "WTF was that ?" most of the time. In the games i have got to see seems that someone usually gets open but the qb's are either waiting on Bowe or recognize they are open too late.
