This comes from Nick Wright:

"From a more than reliable source: Scott Pioli and Romeo Crennel have officially been told they will NOT be back next year. #Chiefs"

Not sure who he is, but I swear I hope that's right. I know not everyone wants Polian but I def think he could help turn this franchise around.

local radio just interview Crennel about this. He was very defensive asking what the rumor was and to share with him the rumor. They said that his future with the Chiefs was over. Crennel continued to question the radio station. Give me a name to the source. Which they never did. It just a rumor they said. So you are asking me questions based on a rumor that anyone can make up.

He didn't really say no, but he didn't agree. There has been other sources say the Chiefs have denied this rumor.

That being said, we wont know until we know.

I reaaly hope this is true. Hunt has to make changes or there won't be any fans left.

You can hate the Hunts for what's happened, but I believe this; the kid thought he made a good move with pioli, and so did everybody else. The Hunts also put up 125 Million of their money to rehab Arrowhead. Half the seats are empty. He'll make a move, but not a knee jerk reaction. He'll get a lot of help, and hopefully make a move that doesn't blowup like SP did. I believe this!

I do too! I do not think that Clark is about to trash his dads' legacy. I think he wants a few of those Lamar Hunt trophies.

I fully agree and have felt this way for a while now. You kinda have to feel bad for Clark, he spent the money to buy the right people and they failed him. I can't imagine how hard it would be to make a decision on who you want to run your business after your last one was a total flop.

True, but in the same sense he should know that if he keeps piopli he should expect the same results.

Getting rid of Crennel couldn't come too soon in the off season.

I don't see any need to humiliate them. Simply getting rid of them will be enough.

i still think the fact he has not fired RC means he will be getting rid of Pioli at the end of the season to allow the new GM to hire his own head coach

we need to bring in a very good GM and a good Head Coach they knows how to coach a good NFL football team. With the Good GM hopefully we can draft some good players that will help us win and hopefully we can make it to the playoffs next year.

You are most likely correct here. If Crennel is canned first it means Pioli is still in control.
