just thought we would have brought bart scott in to the fold
however, our cap space is nill
we have no room and i must say i love what they have done this year
i only question the amount dished out for chase daniels(its hard to knock reid with qb grades he has turned alot of average qb into effient qbs inhis system)
we are young and i had hoped we could convince a vet or 2 to sign at say a league mimimum
bart scott and casey hampton were the two i had hoped to sign

You've made a lot of interesting points in your threads. All in all, I think Reid and Dorsey have done an excellent job. Got my worries about what we paid for Daniels, but as you say, Reid does seem to have a way with quarterbacks. They have used free agency and the waiver wire fairly extensively while at the same time just about 20% of our roster are rookies. So while they have tried to bring in the talent to help us improve dramatically this year they have also brought in a lot of young talent that we can groom to avoid getting "old" just at the time when we will be ready to make a serious run. I like the balance they have shown.

i love our chiefs ....we are indeed a young team
i would guess we would have to be one of the three youngest teams in the nfl
its a new and i believe much better roster
we are so talented
i debate our overall talent with many other fans(i believe we have one of the 5 most talented rosters in the nfl)
if this team comes together....especially that defense we should dominate some games this year
maybe i am expecting to much but our run defense should be much improved
devito is going to help bigtime and poe has taken a huge step at becoming a dominate player(we can only hope the lights come on for tyson...he always seems to be a step away)
the lbing group is scary!!
if this secondary jells well just look at the talent there
need eric berry to be a superstar

i know the oline didnt look good for most of the preseason but that oline could be dominate
asamoah makes the probowl this year
i think hudson could but he is blocked by mangold and pouncey
