All I remember is seeing Boyde on Hard Knocks. He actually went in and talked to the coach dissapointed he was not getting enough reps once AJ Green returned. It was not letting the coaches see how talented he was. He appeared very disconnected with reality.

What I like is that Reid/Dorsey are so obviously looking at needs for next year and seeing what they can pick up on the "scrap heap". Not saying it will happen, but how HUGE would it be if we could pick up a decent WR this way. It would make big changes in our draft plans. Reid/Dorsey are ALWAYS thinking.....not just about the next week and the playoffs, but they are already giving serious thought to the draft.

I just wonder what kind of contracts they are signing these people to. Will this constant push for an upgrade eventually hurt this team three years down the line when we have to cut a key player to make cap space. We have not had to make many cap cuts over the years. We have let people walk like Brandon Carr using cap space as the excuse, but really have not let go of a key player because of salary. I fear this is coming for us.

Practice squad guys guys use only make $100k. I believe that if they get pulled up and activated, then their salary goes up. Here is a relatively accurate listing of team salaries:
