View Full Version : Huard admits they didn't play good in postgame report.

In the locker room post game on 101 the fox, Huard said that they weren't very good, They lacked consistency. As an offense there were so many things they did wrong.

Asked how he was doing he said he is hanging in there, Asked what that meant, He said I am going to appreciate this by week.

At least the guy is a realist.

He needs some credit as he has NOT given any games away.

Good job Damon!

He speaks the absolute truth the offense sucked eggs; our defense saved our bacon once again.

He had a lead 99% of the game, and we kept it. That's all we needed.

Agreed and not taking anything away from the win; the raiders have a decent defense, but the truth of the matter is we did not execute well on offense - again.

Coaches need to do a better job of calling the red zone offense. IMO

I hated to see us waste a play on that pass from johnson....... that was a ridiculous. We should have passed on the second down (from huard) and scored!! Instead we ended up with a goal. What were they thinking????

I think that Priest has taught LJ how to pass the ball, and it was something innovative from Herm.

Maybe Herm is seeing that it takes creativity to play in this league.

LJ didn't overthrow TG any more than Huard did...

True, but I dont think they need to go out there pulling rabbits out of their a$$ until they know they can do it. IMO Now, true too that I would have been dancing on the table had it actually worked.:D

That pass was inspired by Priest.

He taught it to LJ since he came back.

LJ has grown as a back, and is learning how to deal with adversity.

The way he was devastated last week after the fumble at the one, and losing the ball out the endzone.

He never saw that happening in his career, and learned alot from it and Priest.

LJ is maturing.

Put a piece of grilled pineapple on it, stick it between a bun with ranch and you have a delicious meal.

Agreed and not taking anything away from the win; the raiders have a decent defense, but the truth of the matter is we did not execute well on offense - again.

Coaches need to do a better job of calling the red zone offense. IMO

Something I hope we address in the bye week practices.

agreed.... its going to happen every week. fact of the matter is we don't have a very good offense line and they are not executing like they should. our defense is the only thing that is saving us in these games.
