Last offseason, the Ravens lost inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe, outside linebacker Paul Kruger, safety Ed Reed and cornerback Cary Williams in free agency. Now comes the payoff for Baltimore. Say hello to 4 compensatory picks in the 2015 draft, Chiefs fans, and this should ease the pain somewhat of losing all the FA's this year -- none of whom were that significant and way overpaid by their new teams, anyways.

Count the number the Chiefs lost versus the 4 that they signed. Albert, Schwartz, Asamoah, Jackson, McCluster, Jordan, Demps, and even Lewis. Plus, look at what the first 4 former players got paid by their new teams versus what the Chiefs paid for their 4 FA's that they signed -- it's not even close. It does add up to 4.
