Haven't seen anything on ESPN on us getting Macln, Super excited to hear the news. Any info been provided on how we managed to do this with our cap situation, and or details on the agreement?

Sorry if this is already addressed somewhere else

My guess they get the money by letting Bowe go

Sporttrac.com says we sit at 1.4 million under the cap currently and need 4.4 million to sign rookies not including comp picks so more maneuvering coming

I read somewhere last week that his first year cap number was only 4.3 mil. Here is one about it.

His first year cap hit is $3.4 million.

You are correct, me and my dyslexic 3.4 and 4.3 look the same to me, I read it correct and typed it backwards. I have a hard time with any number unless I say them in pairs or threes and the decimal stop me.

No worries. You should see some of the stuff I type when I start fat-fingering the keys! He did a pretty team-friendly contract.

Yes no one should complain about it.

He's a bargain this year and no more expensive than Bowe in the years after. And we can cut him for $5 million in cap space after 2016 if need be. If he winds up no better than Bowe has been recently then we saved a lot of cap space this year. If he has a few years like he did in Philly last year then we got a great deal. I just can't see any real downside to Maclin.
