The conclusion of the Chiefs' annual rookie minicamp on Monday brought about a flurry of transactions.

On Tuesday, the Chiefs signed four players who tried out this weekend in running back Keshawn Hill, guard Melvin Meggs, center Daniel Munyer and offensive tackle Kelvin Palmer.

To create room, they released offensive tackle Curtis Feigt, fullback Manasseh Garner, tight end Earnest Pettway and offensive tackle Charles Sweeton — all of whom were signed to post-draft deals.

Hill, who is listed at 5 feet 9 and 211 pounds, was a one-year starter for Sam Houston State who rushed 195 times for 1,200 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2014. He also caught 32 passes for 291 yards and three touchdowns.

Meggs (6-2, 299) was a four-year starter at South Alabama who missed the 2013 season due to a torn ACL.

Munyer (6-1, 305) started for three years at Colorado and was selected honorable mention All-Pac 12 by the league's coaches in 2014.

Palmer (6-3, 302) as a one-year starter at Baylor who went undrafted in 2014 and has also spent time with the Arizona Cardinals.
