I'm surprised that there hasn't been more discussion about this around the web. Since being moved to FS, Berry has seemed to settle into the position & is becoming more of a force with each passing week, i.e. the timely INT's, the timely pass break-ups, and more big hits on opposing receivers and ball carriers.
This move has really helped stabilize the Chiefs secondary & kudos to the Chiefs coaches for making the move. It's looking like Berry had been playing out of position at SS all this time from 2010 -- 2014.
I had been one of the people that during the losing streak that had said Berry should be let go after the season, but I'll admit I was wrong, and time will tell by season's end, of course. But, nobody can dispute that this move of Berry to FS was a good move.
