Well how ****ty their oline was i would take their word. They have alot of negative things about him. And this is what worries me. Are we that desperate at the guards position that we take castoffs feom other teams who had ****ty oline play?

Maybe they should have drafted better. Used more picks on guards or even drwft the gurd who had a 3rd round grade over the guy with a 6th round grade. If we give smith time in the pocket our o can be good. We wont be able to count on our defense all the time since we dont have Houston and we will be unexperienced in our secondary peters is only had 1 year so he still has to prove himself that last year wasn't a fluke.

Peters will be a hall of famer bet on it, I've read Houston could be ready to go no later than week 4

I guess Dorsey thought it more important to get T backup than to get a possible starting guard.

For the sake of alex smith you better pray he ends up getting cut.
Sure he seems to have plenty of nfl starts but he's graded out negatively in every game. He started on the patriots sb winning team till he got benched on the day of the sb. Think 49ers hate him? Talk to a patriots fans lol
They gave him the nickname "the brady killer". Safe to say he did the same with the 49ers.
At least you guys didn't trade for him.
He's the worst olineman I've ever seen

Hopefully he will end up as camp fodder.

I dont think smith will stay healthy with the guards we have. Qbs say pressure up the middle is worse than outside pressure

I think losing jeff allen might be the kne that hurts us the worst. Whenever he was in the lineup our oline was tougher.
