Man, what in the heck happened to the once dominant AFC West? Every team is struggling. I expected all the teams, except the Raiders, to be good this year. Not one team is living up to their expectations(except the Raiders). I'm in total shock at the Chiefs' performance so far. Two weeks ago the guys on Inside the NFL were apologizing to Herm Edwards and the Chiefs for saying they were a disappointment. I think they may go back on that statement. Green Bay was a winnable game and I still can't get over how we lost. I'm just shocked at our performance this year. The only thing working is the defense and they got lit up by Favre.

Venting over. Now back to your regularly scheduled posting.:D

Well at least you can't say it isn't a competitive division!

Every one is pretty close in the standings!

Define "lit up". The game I was watching showed the D play really well. Favre only threw for 2 td's and the D picked him off twice. The third TD wasn't the D's fault. That was a pick and run back. The rest of the points were fieldgoals, Crosby was 4/5 of FG's and 3/3 on PAT's.

Scoring 17 points in the last 8 minutes to win the game is "lit up" to me.

The Lions haven't looked like the "lions" this year. The NFL is different this year I will say. Lions in the hunt for the playoffs and the AFC west looking bleak....who would have known this summer?

The Lions are a good team this year. Nobody is used to treating them with any respect, but this year is a whole different story.

I may not have expected the Chargers to struggle this much, but I certainly expected the Lions to be quite improved, and for the Chiefs and broncos to be rather mediocre.

After last week: LOL @ the AFC West... really... The Chiefs are at least fairly consistent from week to week while nobody even knows if the Chargers will show up or not. The donkeys and faders have both simply become a joke.

I vote for this year to change the league name to the AFC Worst

It would work except that the AFC East still has a worse combined record. If it wasn't for the Patriots, that division would be a complete laughing-stock.

I'm very scared of the Lions this year. We have to face them at the worst possible time, at the end of the season, and on the road. Maybe we'll get lucky!

I have been asking for more coverage of the Chiefs all year and it took LJ getting hurt to have it.

Now I have to be reminded every freakin' hour that he is injured.

Thanks ESPN, and go f@rk yourself!
