If the 2007 Draft were held today....who would the Chiefs take? Would Bowe still be there at #24? It's fun to think about what might have been. Check out the link below for ESPN's take on where eveyone would have been drafted.

Hint: Dwayne Bowe would have been a Top 10 pick.

I agree about Bowe being moved up, but why did they give us a DT?

Have they seen our O line??

What if the '08 draft were today? who would we take with the 11th pick in the 1st and 2nd round?

I know O-line is the popular pick right now, but I like the idea of taking the best player on the board. Let's assume any and all draft eligable players declare.

I'm not going to post my picks until i do a little research first, but i'll be back on and post later in the thread.

Feel free to trade up or down also.

One would have thought that was a popular pick in the "07" draft.

Jake Long - OT - Michigan

or

Ryan Clady - OT - Boise St

or

Early Doucet - WR - LSU

even by the 11 spot, Brian Brohm, and Andre Woodson are gone, although would it be nice to have 2 stud QBs, (Croyle and ?) and let them fight it out for starter, taking the one with the most upside and potential. Then making the other the backup, or trading for a couple of O-Line or couple good draft picks. I know this isn't going to be popular on here but just a thought.

O line picks are OK, but how about a corner instead of WR??

One way or another,I am trading up to get Jake Long. Period.

In the second round, I would have to start seeking replacements for our aging corners. Hopefully, we will have done something in free agency, about the RG spot. Or, I will have to hope that I am able to do that when the free-agency period arrives.

But, yes, as predicted, I will be desperate for offensive line help.
