News: The Miami Herald reports that with Jesse Chatman (http://rick1424.football.sportsline.com/players/playerpage/303348)'s right ankle still causing him trouble, the Dolphins will start Ricky Williams (http://rick1424.football.sportsline.com/players/playerpage/133448) at running back at Pittsburgh in Week 13. Williams was reinstated after being suspended 12 days ago and apparently is in good enough shape to run the ball for the Dolphins
