I am still at crossroads about how I will welcome new members.

Until timsatts invasions are blocked for good there will always be the challenge of deciding who to welcome, and in what fashion.

It seems the Welcome forum will either wilt, because no one wants to respond to timsatt, or grow because she has made it a conversation point.
