I like Conan better than any of the other ones on now. I'm a big fan of self deprecating humor and Conan's the best at it.

I like Leno the best of the crowd, but frankly have turned to Adult Swim on the Cartoon Network for my late night laughs most of the time. Futurama and Family Guy are great, and the occasional episode of SeaLab makes it all worth it.
